The Parts Professional Training course is designed to help attendees apply strategies to their Parts Department, thus strengthening their Businesses through increased efficiency.

The Parts Professional training includes an in-depth review of the parts market as well as forklift industry history.  Attendees will learn strategies on how to improve their parts department and participate in group learning activities.  The second portion of the training concentrates on inventory management.  This segment covers a variety of inventory topics including; inventory basics, weekly inventory meetings, inventory turns, gross profit, absorption, pricing, freight, security, and dead inventory.  Attendees will learn strategies that will help to improve their parts department and participate in strategic planning discussions.
